The Sheeva

So it’s a new week and fittingly we have a new special for you, The Sheeva. This one comes by way of Kathryn, and she has done an amazing job of following up The Godfrey with something unique. This one is going to be great for the nasty weather it looks like we’re going to be having for the next little while, as it’s a Mac & Cheese grilled cheese.

Not just any Mac & Cheese mind you. This one is made with Aged Cheddar, Swiss, Parmesan and a bit of bacon. It is then topped with Asiago Fresco and finished off with a Parmesan crust. So it’s comfort food, wrapped in comfort food, then made crispy. I wouldn’t say it’s Epic Mealtime worthy, but you can say it if you’d like to.

Oh and the first person to tweet in the significance of the name Sheeva (usually spelled Shiva) will get a bit of free TCS swag.
